To provide wholistic training to early childhood caregivers and thus ensure all round development of children between ages 0-6
years.

Vision
To develop Deans into a center of excellence in Early Childhood Education through the use of modern methods in early childhood learning and care.

Programmes Offered
There are two programmes offered in the college:
- Certificate Course - Ministry of Education
- Diploma Course - Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC)
