Course Introduction

The Moi University Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) program is a four year degree course. Upon being conferred the degree however, students will still be required to attend the one year pupilage cum council of Legal Education training at the Kenya School of Law, leading to the award of the Diploma in Law, if they wish to practice as Advocates of the High Court of Kenya.

What are the admission criteria?

A prospective candidate must meet all the requirements set up by the Joint Admissions Board (JAB) for the Government Sponsored Programme, and for the Privately Sponsored Programme (PSSP) a candidate must attain - Minimum mean Grade of C+ (Plus) at KCSE and at least a B (Plain) in English OR - KACE: At least 2 Principal and a subsidiary OR - A first degree in any other discipline
